Jory Brigham design has a new line of wooden sideboards that feature bright accent colors and precision joinery. I haven’t seen these in person, but in the photos the construction looks masterful.
The Sisters and Retro collections hint at mid-century modern aesthetics with a nod to classical Japanese design. I especially like the pieces that feature the bonsai stand in them. The main cabinet stains range from a deep chocolate brown to a light pistachio beige, while the accents and doors feature bright greens and oranges that play against the neutrals of the main units.
Not all of the pieces blew me away but the majority of the collection has sleek lines and graceful curves. The overall collection works and the design styling helps to set these pieces apart from the crowd.
