So who wants to go to the Olympics in London? I do for one…
Right now Conqueror is holding a contest where you could win a trip to the Olympics. How do you win, you enter the contest and design a typographical poster about sports using the phrase “It’s not what you win, but how you conquer it.”
The competition is free to enter, so you might as well go for it. Details can be found at http://www.conqueror.com/typographicgames

The well established Conqueror paper line, manufactured by Arjowiggins is releasing a new line of papers and supporting fonts for printers and designers. To promote the launch of the new line Arjowiggins commissioned a series of very attractive marketing materials including three really nice stop motion videos entitled “It’s Not What You Say, It’s How You Say It.”
The marketing materials are designed and illustrated by Seb Lester, Thomas Brown and Tsang Kin-Wah In addition the five new Conqueror typefaces were designed by Jean François Porchez of French foundry Typofonderie.
All the materials maintain the tag line “It’s Not What You Say, It’s How You Say It.” and visuals from the books are repeated through the video clips helping to establish the brand for the new paper and type.
